tunnel fireproof coatings are mainly made of inorganic fireproof
heat materials, which are applied on road tunnels, railway tunnels
and the concrete surface of building floors. The product can
effectively enhance the fire endurance of the concrete structure
because of its low density and low thermal conductivity. It can
provide reliable fireproof protections, and meanwhile, the
constructed tunnels
have distinct sound insulating effects because of its low density
and multi-poles.

CONSTRUCTION METHODS:
1. Machines and tools for constructions: mortar blender, extrusion
mud jacks, compressors, applying tools, cleaning tools,
transpo-rtation tools etc.
2. Preparations: (1) build scaffold. (2) Access electricity and
water supply. (3) Remove dusts and oil stains on the surface of the
tunnels, pour water to humidify. (4) Finish uneven surface and spay
mortar on especially smooth surface. (5) Repair places where there
is water leakage.
3. Base construction: (1) Material preparation: mix the coatings
and water in a proportion of 7: 10. First add some water, and then
mix while adding coatings and waters. Mix for 20 minutes till it
becomes dense pulp (enough mixing time must be ensured). (2)
Const-ruction: spray from the middle of the tunnel from bottom up
with spraying machine. The coating every time is 3 to 7 mm thick.
And the interval time is as per the time of hard dry of the
coatings. Spray until design thickness is achieved. And for the
last time of coating, please flatten the coatings if necessary. 4.
Surface construction: (As may be appropriate) surface construction
can be started three days after hard dry (For those municipal works
with higher surface decoration standards, it is better to apply a
layer of putties on the surface before construction). The surface
should be smoothly and well applied without color deference by
spray gun, rollers etc. The color boundary is required to be flat,
straight and even.
5. Maintenance: Normal maintain for 28 days after construction, the
conditions of which is the same as ordinary concrete. Please repair
the coatings in time if they are damaged.
ATTENTIONS:
(1) The validity is half a year. Please use instantly once it is
opened. Do not use agglomerated coatings.
(2) Please increase the water cement ratio if the pulp is too dry,
the standards shall be subject to smooth construction.
(3) Recycle the dispersed and bounced pulps during mixing
construction. Polluted coatings or coatings over 2 hours cannot be
used again.
(4) The construction method can be adjusted according to the
designed thickness and construction conditions.
